The event begins at 8 p.m., and the arena’s calendar also lists a second show on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 8 p.m. The most important thing to know before you go: backpacks of all sizes are banned, and only bags up to 12 by 12 by 6 inches are allowed in.

  • Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026: event begins at 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026: event begins at 8 p.m.

The event page has fields for the times parking opens and doors open, but both are still blank. Check the UBS Arena event page closer to the date. The page has not announced opening acts or age rules either.

Where UBS Arena is

UBS Arena is at 2400 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003, at Belmont Park on Long Island. The arena’s Plan your trip page has a transportation and campus maps section with links labeled Campus Map, Belmont Park Station, UBS Arena-Elmont Station, MTA Bus Stop, Rideshare and Emerald Parking, plus a link to download the campus map.

Getting there by LIRR

The arena recommends the Long Island Rail Road for getting to and from the show. Direct trains run from Grand Central Madison and Penn Station to Elmont-UBS Arena Station, and the trip takes about 30 minutes.

  • Elmont-UBS Arena Station is in fare Zone 4.
  • The station is north of the campus, a 10- to 15-minute walk from the arena.
  • Free shuttles run between the arena, Emerald Parking and Elmont-UBS Arena Station.
  • Train schedules are on MTA.info and in the TrainTime app.

The arena asks you to activate your train ticket before leaving the arena, for the best connectivity. For an overview of how fares and ways to pay work across the city’s transit, see the How2NewYork transport guide.

Getting there by bus

Three bus lines serve UBS Arena: the MTA Q82, the MTA Q2 and the NICE Bus N6. The arena’s trip page has a map link labeled MTA Bus Stop.

Driving and parking

UBS Arena has five parking areas, and all of them can only be reached from the Cross Island Parkway:

  • Belmont Park Garage: Exit 26A
  • Diamond, Ruby and Silver Parking: Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
  • Emerald Parking: Exit 26D

The arena strongly encourages buying parking ahead of time through Ticketmaster, which shows every lot on sale for each event. If a lot is not shown, it is sold out or not available for that event. General paid parking is sold on event days at Emerald Parking, but not at the Diamond and Ruby lots. For concerts, parking bought at the arena lots costs $5 to $10 more.

The arena says it cannot verify parking passes bought through third-party resellers. To get the right entrance, type your lot into your GPS by name, for example “UBS Arena Emerald Parking” or “UBS Arena Belmont Park Garage.” Parking is prohibited on many residential streets near the arena.

Rideshare and drop-off

The rideshare and drop-off/pick-up area is on the north side of the arena. It can only be reached from Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D and Green Road. Guests waiting for a rideshare can charge their phones in the Rideshare Waiting Area on the main concourse by section 118.

Bag policy and prohibited items

UBS Arena has a restricted bag policy. Bags no larger than 12 by 12 by 6 inches are allowed and go through X-ray or visual screening, depending on their size. Backpacks of all sizes are prohibited. Medical bags and baby bags are allowed but must be screened before entry. No other bags are allowed inside, and bag check is available in the Great Hall.

Items on the arena’s prohibited list that matter most at a concert include:

  • Professional camera equipment, including detachable lenses, lenses longer than 3 inches, external flashes and tripods
  • Audio and video recording devices, laptops and selfie sticks
  • Signs, flags and banners larger than 11 by 17 inches, and any attached to poles
  • Flowers, unless the tour production allows them
  • Balloons and other inflatables, noisemakers, laser pointers and flashlights
  • Outside food and drinks, outside alcohol, cans, bottles and coolers of any size

Exceptions for food and drinks are made for medical needs and special needs. Guests with medical dietary needs should email guestservices@ubsarena.com at least 48 hours before the event. The arena can also ban any other item a show prohibits. The full list is on the UBS Arena bag policy page.
