Date, start time and doors

UBS Arena is at 2400 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003, at Belmont Park.
Getting there by LIRR
The arena calls the LIRR its recommended way to get to and from the show. Direct trains run from Grand Central Madison to Elmont-UBS Arena Station, and UBS Arena says the trip from Grand Central or Penn Station takes about 30 minutes.
- Fare: Zone 4.
- The station is north of the arena campus, a 10- to 15-minute walk away.
- Free shuttles run between the station, the arena and Emerald Parking.
- Train schedules are on MTA.info and in the TrainTime app.
UBS Arena advises activating your train ticket before you leave the arena, for better connectivity. The arena’s Plan your trip page has campus and station maps. For an overview of fares and getting around the city, see the How2NewYork transport guide.
Buses and other transit to UBS Arena
Three bus lines serve the arena: the MTA Q82, the MTA Q2 and the NICE Bus N6. The arena’s campus map marks the MTA bus stop.
UBS Arena also lists a ferry option: the ferry from Bridgeport to Port Jefferson, where riders can connect to the LIRR.
Driving and parking at UBS Arena
UBS Arena has five parking areas, and all of them can only be reached from the Cross Island Parkway. Know your exit before you go:
- Belmont Park Garage: Exit 26A.
- Diamond, Ruby and Silver Parking: Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East).
- Emerald Parking: Exit 26D.
The arena strongly encourages buying parking ahead of time through Ticketmaster, which shows every lot on sale for each event. If a lot is not shown, it is sold out or not available for that event. General paid parking is sold on event days at Emerald Parking, but not in the Diamond and Ruby lots. For concerts, UBS Arena says prices go up $5 to $10 when parking is bought at the arena lots.
The arena says it cannot verify parking passes bought through third-party resellers. It suggests entering your lot into your GPS by name, for example “UBS Arena Emerald Parking” or “UBS Arena Belmont Park Garage.” Parking is prohibited on many residential streets near the arena.
Rideshare and drop-off
The rideshare and drop-off/pick-up area is on the north side of the arena. It can only be reached from Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D and Green Road. Guests waiting for a rideshare can charge their phones in the Rideshare Waiting Area on the main concourse by section 118.
UBS Arena bag policy
The arena runs a restricted bag policy, set out on its bag policy page:

- Backpacks of all sizes are prohibited.
- Medical bags and baby bags are allowed and must be screened before entry.
- All other bags are refused. Bag check is available in the Great Hall.
Prohibited items
The arena’s list is long. Items most likely to catch concertgoers out include professional camera equipment (detachable lenses, lenses longer than 3 inches, external flashes, tripods and monopods), audio and video recording devices, laptops, selfie sticks, lighters, outside food and drinks, and large or pointed umbrellas.
Signs, flags and banners larger than 11 by 17 inches are not allowed, and neither are any attached to poles. Flowers are banned unless the tour production allows them. Noisemakers, balloons and inflatables, coolers, cans, bottles and outside alcohol are also on the list, and the arena can bar other items for a particular show.
Guests with medical dietary needs can ask for an exception by emailing guestservices@ubsarena.com at least 48 hours before the event.
